ABOUT Sunny Side Up Omelette RECIPE

Get set go, half fry omelette ready in 2 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Egg 1
  2. Chopped Onions - 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped green chilli - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder/black pepper - as per taste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and pour 1 tsp oil.
  2. Break the egg shell and pour on pan.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, onions and green chilli.
  4. Cook for a minute.
  5. Turn the omelette and cook for 30-40 seconds.
  6. Serve it hot with toast.
