About Paneer manchurian Recipe

Making this restaurant style Paneer Manchurian at home is so simple . Make it dry and serve as starter or make it saucy and serve as side dish with fried rice or relish as such .

Paneer manchurian

Ingredients to make Paneer manchurian

  • For Marination
  • paneer 250 gms
  • maida 5 tbsp
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ajinomotto 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • water as required
  • For gravy
  • onion sliced 1
  • garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • water 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • red chilli 1 tsp
  • Ajinomotto 1 tsp

How to make Paneer manchurian

  1. In a bowl add, maida, cornflour, salt, pepper , red chilli powder, garlic, soya sauce ,baking powder
  2. And water , mix it well
  3. Make a thick but a little flowing consistency paste
  4. Add paneer cubes
  5. Rest it for 15 ~20 min
  6. And deep fry
  7. In a pan, add oil 2 tsp
  8. Add garlic saute for a min
  9. Then add onion, and saute for a min
  10. Add sauces and seasonings
  11. Add water and cook it for 5 ~7 min
  12. Then add cornflour mixture with water
  13. And stir continously
  14. Then add paneer cubes and mix it well
  15. Garnish with coriander leaves or spring onion greens
  16. Serve hot
