ABOUT Flower petals RECIPE

Leftover atta dough is divided into balls. Each ball is rolled and shaped into petals. The petals are fried in ghee and coated with sugar to form an awesome snacks

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Left over atta dough 1 ball
  2. Ghee for frying
  3. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roll over leftover atta into 1/2 cm roll
  2. Rotate it into circular manner to form a tight circle
  3. Gently press to form desired shape
  4. Heat ghee and fry on low medium flame till golden brown
  5. coat with sugar
