Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice flour
  2. 1.5 cup water
  3. 1.5 cup grated fresh grated coconut
  4. 1 cup grated jaggery
  5. 1tsp oil or ghee
  6. 2tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1pinch salt
  8. 1tsp nutmeg powder

Instructions

  1. First grated coconut and grated jaggery Mix well kepp aside.now heat pan place mixture in pan and saute till whole jaggery melt filling ready add just cardamom powder and poppy seeds
  2. Now heat pan and water keep to boil when boil add rice flour gradually quickly and mix flour with water turn off the flame Now make ball from the dough with little oil smooth in your palm and make round shape cup and noe fill mixture in side and all eges cover smoothly Make aal modak this type and now steam all in the steamer for 10 mints
