Doi Hilsa

Ingredients to make Doi Hilsa

  • Sweet curd 100 gms
  • salt 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric pwder 1 1/2 teaspoon
  • mustard oil 3 tablespoons
  • Green cardamom 1
  • Green chilies 3

How to make Doi Hilsa

  1. Fry the hilsa pieces slightly.
  2. Then put oil in a pan and heat the oil.
  3. Then add green cardamom and allow it to crackle.
  4. Then add chili powder, curd and cook it until the oil comes out of the mixture
  5. Then add the fried hilsa pieces and add water.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with green chilies.

My Tip:

Add 1 tsp ghee when it is done.
