Ingredients to make Mutton chops fry

  • Mutton chops -400 gm
  • Onion,tomato- medium size 1
  • Chopped coriander mint leaves
  • ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/4 tsp
  • turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder-1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • eggs-2
  • pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  • oil -2 tbsp
  • ghee -1 tbsp

How to make Mutton chops fry

  1. RINSE 3 TIMES AND DRAIN THE MUTTON CHOPS.
  2. REMOVE THE WHITE THINGS IN THE CHOPS.
  3. KEEP READY ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO MIX.
  4. IN A PRESSURE COOKER ADD MUTTON CHOPS, ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT OIL & GHEE.
  5. MIX WELL
  6. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 WHISTLES
  7. OPEN ,IF ANY GRAVY IS THERE,DRY IT.
  8. NOW ITS DONE.
  9. TRANSFER TO A PLATE.
  10. BEAT 2 EGGS WITH LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER.
  11. HEAT IRON TAWA ADD OIL & GHEE.
  12. DIP THE COOKED CHOPS IN BEATEN EGG.
  13. TRANSFER TO HOT TAWA ONE BY ONE.
  14. SIM THE FIRE AND COOK EACH SIDE FOR 5 MINUTES.
  15. MUTTON CHOPS FRY READY.

My Tip:

Adding egg is optional.
