ABOUT Qimami Sewai RECIPE

Vermicelli in qimam of mawa dry fruits and sugar syrup.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Siwai 200 gm
  2. Mawa 150 gm
  3. Sugar 150 gm
  4. Dry fruits fried mixed nuts
  5. Coconut ground 100 gm
  6. Ghee 50 gm
  7. Kewda water 1 tsp
  8. Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Fry sewai in desi ghee over low flame. Coarsely grind fried dry fruits. Fry mawa.
  2. Now in a pan make sugar syrup add khoya. Ground coconut dry fruit mixture and sewai in it cook over low flame add cardamom powder cook till sewai become soft cover it.
  3. Add kewda water and garnish with dry fruits and mawa.
