Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. full fat milk 1 litre
  2. sugar 1 cups
  3. few saffrons
  4. some chopped Nuts
  5. Hershey's chocolate syrup
  6. half lemon
  7. few chocolate chips
  8. Pinch of Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add 1/2 litre milk and boil in medium flame
  2. Take a another pan add 1/2 litre milk and boil
  3. Milk it's starts to flow add lemon juice
  4. It's getting to frothy
  5. Then take a clean Muslin colth and drain the curdle milk
  6. Add fresh water to avoid the lemon flavor
  7. Then squeeze the chena tightly and tightly knoted and hang for 30 minutes
  8. Another milk getting reduce and add cardamom powder
  9. Add sugar and simmering for Rabadi/ Malai
  10. Finally add saffron and add chopped Nuts
  11. Malai /Rabadi is ready
  12. Take hanged chena bag and remove the chena
  13. Take a wide plate add chena and knead for 5-10 minutes
  14. Then spilts the small equal flatten balls
  15. Take a pan add 1/2 cup sugar add 1.5 cups water
  16. Allow it boiling. After boiling add rasagullas gently
  17. Close the lid and boil for 10-15 minutes until double in a size.
  18. After boild take out the rasagullas and gently press the rasagullas remove sugar water
  19. And while add 3 tablespoons of Hershey's chocolate syrup
  20. Then take out the rasgullas add into Hershey's Malai
  21. Some for 3-4 hours and serve
  22. After 4 hours plating the Hershey's malai and garnish for chocolate chips
  23. Delicious Hershey's Malai is ready to serve. Enjoy the diwali
