Ingredients to make Bread Kaja

  • 2 bread slices
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cardamom
  • oil for deep frying
  • badam and pista for garnishing

How to make Bread Kaja

  1. TAKE 2 BREAD SLICES AND CUT OFF THE BROWN EDGES OF BREAD PIECES.
  2. CUT THEM INTO TRIANGLES AS SHOWN. THEY COULD BE CUT INTO ANY DESIRED SHAPE
  3. HEAT OIL NECESSARY FOR DEEP FRY AND FRY THE BREAD PIECES ON LOW FLAME.
  4. THEY SHOULD BE CRISPY AND BROWN AS SHOWN
  5. DIP THE FRIED PIECES ONE BY ONE AND PUT THEM ON A PLATE.
