Sorghum cup cakes are gluten free cakes without eggs,and they are filked fith strawberry crush.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sorghum(jowar)flour 1cup.
  2. Strawberry crush 1cup.
  3. Baking powder 1tea spoon.
  4. Soda bicarb 1/4tea spoon.
  5. Thick curd 1/4cup.
  6. Sugar powder 1/2cup.
  7. Melted butter 3/4cup.
  8. Vanilla essence 1tea spoon.
  9. Milk 1/4cup.

Instructions

  1. Sift together jowar flour,soda bi carb and baking powder twice.Keep aside.
  2. Blend butter and sugar toghether,add curd and vanilla essence,mix well.
  3. Add flour portion by portion to butter_sugar mixture.
  4. Mix with light hand,addmilk and mix well all the flour.
  5. Pour 1tea spoon each in cup cake moulds.
  6. Add 1tea spoon strawberry crush to each mould,again pour batter in each mould ,so that strwberry crush shuold cover completely.
  7. Bake on a preheated oven on 180°c for 12_13 minutes.
  8. Take out and coolon wire rack.
  9. Serve .
