Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. watermelon 1/2 kgs
  2. 2 lemon juices
  3. sugar as required if melon is not sweet enough
  4. Black salt as per taste
  5. black pepper powder
  6. 5-6 Coriander leaves
  7. cold water 3 cups
  8. Ice cubes


  1. Grind the melon pieces in mixer grinder and then strain it nicely running the spatula.
  2. Grind with sugar if wanted to have more sweetness, I haven't used sugar to keep it healthy.
  3. Into the strained juice add water, lemon juice, salt, coriander leaves and pepper powder, mix it nicely. Also add ice cubes, mix.
  4. Adjust the sourness, salt and sweetness as per your taste.
  5. Take out the coriander leaves as flavour is incorporated into it, can use mint leaves also instead of coriander.
  6. Serve chilled.
