Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl chopped fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 chopped tomato
  3. 1 green chilly
  4. 1 dice cut potato
  5. 1 bowl cauliflower
  6. 1/2 bowl peas
  7. 1 bowl rice
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1/4 spoon turmeric powder
  10. 1 spoon red chilly powder
  11. Water
  12. Oil 4 spoon

Instructions

  1. First soak rice for 15 minutes in water.
  2. In pan add oil and when it heated add tomato n saute.
  3. Add fenugreek leaves n all other vegetables.
  4. Add all spices n 2 n 1|2 cup water n cook on high flame.
  5. When little water leave slow down flame n cook by keeping lid on pan.
  6. Yummy Methi vegetable rice gets ready.
  7. Serve with bundi raiya n papad.
