Kahwa Kashmir Tea

Ingredients to make Kahwa Kashmir Tea

  • Green tea 4 tsp
  • cinnamon 1 stick
  • Green cardamom crushed 2
  • cloves 2
  • saffron 4 pinches
  • honey 2 tbsp
  • Sliced almonds

How to make Kahwa Kashmir Tea

  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan along with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pour on the tea.
  2. Boil it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile dissolve saffron in water. Rub it gently.
  4. Now add honey, sliced almond and stir it for a minute.
  5. Switch off the stove. Strain in a cup.
  6. Adjust the sweetness.

My Tip:

If you do not have honey, you can use sugar. But i prefer honey.
