ABOUT Kahwa Kashmir Tea RECIPE

It is a traditional Kashmir tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green tea 4 tsp
  2. cinnamon 1 stick
  3. Green cardamom crushed 2
  4. cloves 2
  5. saffron 4 pinches
  6. honey 2 tbsp
  7. Sliced almonds


  1. Boil 3 cups of water in a pan along with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and pour on the tea.
  2. Boil it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile dissolve saffron in water. Rub it gently.
  4. Now add honey, sliced almond and stir it for a minute.
  5. Switch off the stove. Strain in a cup.
  6. Adjust the sweetness.
