Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 kg carrots​
  2. 2 cups half& half milk
  3. 1 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. 2 tbs black raisins
  8. 2 tbs cashew pieces
  9. 2 tbs cashew for garnish
  10. 1/4 cup Strawberry pieces
  11. Some Strawberry slices for garnish


  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Heat a big pot ,and add sherded carrots ,add little ghee and roast 5 to 10 minutes ,after add half & half milk and condensed milk, cardamom powder, saffron,cook over a gentle flame 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and and pinch of red colour.
  4. Continue cooking until the halwa absorbs all liquid properly.
  5. Add rest ghee and roast 10 to 15 minutes,on medium heat.
  6. After add some cashew pieces ,some black raisins, and strawberries pieces.
  7. Cook more 5 minutes, then set in a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with Cashews and Strawberries.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
