ABOUT Vanilla Panna Cotta with Orange Sauce and Strawberry Syrup RECIPE

Beautiful and tasty panna cotta.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Cream
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1/2 cup sugar+2 tsp sugar
  4. 2 tsp gelatin
  5. few drops vanilla essence
  6. juice of 1 orange
  7. strawberry syrup or any jam

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in 2 tsp of warm water. Keep aside.
  2. Into a sauce pan add cream and milk, mix. Add sugar and heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Lower the flame, add vanilla essence,mix. Then add the soaked gelatin. Mix on low flame till gelatin completely dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture. Pour into desired mould and refrigerate. Takes 3 to 4 hours for setting.
  5. For orange sauce - pour orange juice in a pan and add 2 tsp sugar. Mix and heat till caramalised or thickened.
  6. Cool it and pour over the panna cotta and refrigerate for another half to 1 hour.
  7. Before serving garnish with strawberry syrup or any jam of your choice.
  8. Serve the dessert chilled.
