ABOUT Roasted Brinjal Pickle RECIPE

This pickle is so delicious everyone will love this flavour, as we have directly roasted, oil is just little, so good for health.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mustardseeds 1 tsp
  2. Dried red chillies 5
  3. Methi seeds: A pinch
  4. Urad dal 1 tsp
  5. hing powder half tsp
  6. coriander leaves 3 tsp
  7. Jaggery half tsp
  8. Oil 2 tsp
  9. One big brinjal
  10. Green chillies two
  11. Tamarind lemon size
  12. Salt

Instructions

  1. First roast brinjal directly on the stove and remove it's skin and keep brinjal paste aside.
  2. Next take a pan, put oil and fry mustard seeds, methi seeds, dry chillies, urad dal, Hing, tamarind and jaggery, Green chillies and coriander.
  3. Roast everything well and serve hot.
