Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach blanched and cut 20 leaves
  2. Mix sprouts 150 gms
  3. Carrot grated 1 large
  4. Sliced tomato 1
  5. Cheese slices 2
  6. Brown bread slices 4
  7. Salt and Pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Blend sprouts with very little water (coarse).
  2. Saute a little. Add pepper and salt.
  3. Add coriander leaves.
  4. Cut blanched spinach and add to mixture. Just cook for half minute and remove.
  5. On a slice of bread spread the mixture, grated carrot, a cheese slice. Spread little tomato sauce (optional), put a slice of tomato and cover with another bread.
  6. Make sandwich in Sandwich maker.
  7. Serve with some potato chips.
