Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. millet 1/2 cup
  2. eggs 3 nos
  3. chopped onion 1/2 cup
  4. chopped mix bell pepper 1/2 cup
  5. chopped mushroom 1/2 cup
  6. ginger grated 1 tablespoon
  7. garlic chopped 1 tablespoon
  8. black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  9. chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
  10. mix herbs 1 tablespoon
  11. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in a pan. add chopped onion, chopped ginger- garlic, chopped bell peppers, chopped mushrooms, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, herbs and salt to taste. fry for sometime.
  2. add cooked millet. mix well with the veggies.
  3. beat 3 eggs with salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix herbs
  4. grease a muffin pan with butter
  5. place some millet veggies mix in each cup
  6. pour the egg mix to fill it
  7. sprinkle some grated cheese on top. bake at 180 degree centigrade for 25- 30 minutes.
