ABOUT Rice flour chapathi RECIPE

A popular Telangana dish. main dish , simply relished along with mixture of finely chopped raw onions, chillypowder , salt and groundnut oil

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. one cup rice flour
  2. salt to taste
  3. finely chopped onion two cups
  4. chilly powder
  5. pinch of turmeric
  6. four spoon ground nut oil

Instructions

  1. Boil one and half cup water, add salt and rice flour and mix
  2. Allow it to cool and knead nicely to form a soft dough
  3. Make dumplings and roll out thin
  4. Bake on both sides. Applying oil is optional
  5. Mix Chopped onions, salt, chilly powder, turmeric and ground nut oil. This becomes the side dish for the roti
