Ingredients to make Maggi Pazzta Poha

  • 1 pocket creamy Maggi pazzta
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 green chillies slit
  • 7,8 curry leaves
  • 2 tsp peanut
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tsp oil

How to make Maggi Pazzta Poha

  1. OPEN 1 PACKET OF MAGGI CHEESE MACARONI PAZZTA, ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH IT
  2. ADD 2 CUPS WATER, COOK THE MAGGI PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKET
  3. COOK FOR 5 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  4. COVER & SET ASIDE WHEN DONE
  5. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  6. ADD 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, 7-8 CURRY LEAVES
  7. ADD 2 TSP PEANUTS, ALLOW THEM TO CRACKLE
  8. ADD 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  9. ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, MIX WELL
  10. ADD 2 TSP PEAS, COVER & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINS
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP SUGAR, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  12. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  13. ADD THE COOKED MAGGI PAZZTA, MIX & COOK FOR 2 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  14. TURN OF THE HEAT, GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER
  15. SERVE HOT
  16. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
