Egg 65

Ingredients to make Egg 65

  • Hard Boiled egg - 6
  • Corn flour - 3-4 tbsp
  • Raw egg - 1
  • Ground Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves - few
  • Green chilli - 3-4 (finely chopped)
  • Red chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Greek yoghurt - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - as per taste
  • chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika - 1 tsp (optional)
  • Diced capsicum - 1/4 cup (optional)
  • oil - for deep frying

How to make Egg 65

  1. Cut one egg into 4 pieces. Like the same way cut all of the other eggs.
  2. Take a bowl and beat the raw egg along with corn flour, salt, red chilli powder and black pepper.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. Put the sliced egg into raw egg batter and coat well. **you can use the egg with yolk or without yolk.**
  5. On medium flame deep fry the egg pieces. Fry until golden brown.
  6. In a frying pan put 1 tbsp of oil.
  7. Add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger, garlic and sugar. Saute for 1 min.
  8. Then add yoghurt, capsicum, paprika, soy sauce, chilli sauce and saute for another minute.
  9. Add the fried egg pieces and toss everything.
  10. It's ready to serve.

My Tip:

Be careful when you frying the eggs, because it can burst or popped so badly.
