Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach leaves - 6 - 8
  2. Gram flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  9. Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
  10. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean spinach leaves.
  2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients with the help of little water.
  3. Make a smooth batter.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Deep the spinach leaves into the batter.
  6. Coat them well.
  7. Fry the fritters golden n crispy.
  8. Drain in paper napkin.
  9. Serve hot with sauces
