Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp ghee
  2. 3/4cup apf
  3. 1 tbsp ice
  4. 2 cup chilled water
  5. 1/2 cup chilled water
  6. 1 cup hersheys chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. To a bowl add ghee and ice.
  2. Start beating it all together.using your hand.
  3. Once it all combined, add all flour and mix it.
  4. Add milk and combine.
  5. Now add water and combine,.
  6. Keep adding water and milk little by little and mix till you get a completely smooth and pouring consistency batter.
  7. Now heat ghee/oil ina deep pan.
  8. Once the oil is super hot ,pour batter from a height at least 6 - 7 inches.
  9. Pour batter Little by little in a constant flow in to center of the pan.the batter will sizzle up and spread immediately.wait for a minute and then pour another laddle for front of in the center of the pan.
  10. Now fry them till they become crispy.
  11. Once it's all nice and brown ,take it out of the pan.
  12. Place on the service plate and drizzle evenly either Hershey's chocolate syrup.Garnish fever with the chocolate chips.
