First break biscuits add them in grinder, mix honey and grind it well. Take a spring form pie pan. Grease butter, place the biscuit crumbs, press it tightly. Keep it in fridge for 15-20 mins to set.
Then Peel off 3 mangoes. Cut and grind to make puree. Divide into two equal portion. In bowl take water and mix agar agar strands for 10 mins. Then scramble paneer, beat the cream, mix with paneer.
Add sugar, stir well with hand beater. Add half of the mango puree, stir well. Then switch on the gas and put the bowl containing agar agar.
Stir well till the agar agar dissolves completely. And you get the gel like consistency. Then divide into two equal portion. Mix one portion agar agar solution in paneer mix.
Stir quickly, add another half portion to mango puree, stir quickly. Then take out the pie pan, add paneer mix to the biscuit layer. Spread evenly with spatula. Keep it in fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Then take out pour the mango mix to the paneer layer. Spread evenly tap a light. Keep it in fridge for 6-7 hours to set. Then unmould carefully.
