Quinoa and Onion Fritters recipe is a quick, healthy, crunchy and delicious deep fried snack recipe made with the gram flour, quinoa, onions and spices.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. ½ Cup, gram flour (besan)
  2. 2 tablespoon, rice flour
  3. ¼ cup, cooked quinoa
  4. 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  5. 2 tablespoon, chopped coriander leaves
  6. 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  7. ¼ teaspoon, grated ginger
  8. ½ teaspoon, coriander powder
  9. ½ teaspoon, garam masala powder
  10. ½ teaspoon, lemon juice
  11. Salt, to taste
  12. Red chili powder, to taste
  13. Oil, to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Take a large mouth bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well.
  2. Add water little by little and make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Now drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and deep fry them until golden brown and crisp
  4. Drain the fritters on a kitchen absorbent paper.
  5. Serve Quinoa and Onion Fritters with tomato ketchup or chutney.
