My grandmother used to prepare this way and I learnt from my mother.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw mango cut into small pieces- 5 cups
  2. Salt 1 cup
  3. Red chilly powder 1 cup
  4. Mustard powder 1 cup
  5. Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
  6. Til oil or Gingelly oil 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Method: Take the 5 cups of cut mangoes in a wide vessel,dry it well with a towel,add all the ingredients,mix well with a spoon.
  2. Store it in a dry jar.Every two days the jar is shaken well and then store it..
