Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Basmati rice soaked 1cup
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. mawa 1cup
  4. saffron 2pinch
  5. sugar to taste
  6. Green crdamom 1/2 sp
  7. almond and pista for garnishing


  1. Wash and soak the rice .
  2. Now drain the water n put rice on paper towel/napkin under in fan about 1 hour for little dry.
  3. Now grind the rice coarsly.
  4. Put the milk in pan on flame add saffron n start to boil add grind rice and cook with continues stir .
  5. Add mawa and stir when furniture get started to thick add sugar cook more time with continues stir.
  6. Add elaichi powder n switch off the flame.
  7. Wash the mitti kulhad and pour the firni in kulhad n chill the firni overnight in fridge.
  8. Garnish with almond n pista and serve chill firni.
