Rajbhog is bengali dessert i have given a twist with the flavour of strawberry syrup

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 liter milk
  2. 2 tblspn vinegar
  3. 1/4th bowl grated khoya
  4. 5 tblspn chopped nuts ( cashewnut, pistachios,raisins,almond and chironji)
  5. 1 tblspn strawberry syrup
  6. 1 tspn cardamom powder
  7. 2 drop orange food colour
  8. 2 glass water
  9. 1 bowl sugar
  10. 4 tblspn strawberry syrup
  11. 1 tspn cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. For stuffing Add khoya to bowl add 2 drop of orange colour strawberry syrup 1 tblspn chopped nuts and cardamom powder mix all together and keep a side
  2. Boil 1 ltr milk in wok when it became to bubble add vinegar now stir in a minute it became curdle.
  3. Strain with strainer In muslin cloth.
  4. Wash the whole paneer with water and let it drain all water for 15 minute.
  5. Now take a paneer in big thali mash with hand and palm Till it became smooth.
  6. After it became smooth with no cracks make a small ball and stuff with khoya mixute do rest of all and keep a side.
  7. Take a pressure cooker add 2 glass of water and 1 bowl of sugar and 4 tblsp of strawberry syrup and cardamom powder and let it boil when it boiling add paneer balls to it and close the lid cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.
  8. Now transfer in a container and let it cool in refrigerator
  9. Serve cooled raj bhog with drizzled syrup and njoy
