Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1/2 spoon chilly powder 1/2 spoon turmeric powder 1/2 spoon salt
  4. 1 spoon mustard seeds curry leaves 2 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. mix curd besan turmeric salt chilly powder and turmeric powder see that there are no lumps
  2. mix everything properly
  3. add oil in a pan add the mix to it stir till smooth and starts leaving bubbles
  4. grease a plate and spread the batter over it in thin layer
  5. when it cools down cit it and roll it
  6. flitter mustard seeds and curry leaves and garnish the rolls
