This biscuit is made out of Jowar, cornstarch, Paan essence,butter and milk . Healthy and easy biscuits to relish by all ages .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jowar flour 150 grams
  2. Cornstarch powder 55 grams
  3. Butter 110 grams
  4. Powdered sugar 80 grams
  5. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Paan essence 11/2 teaspoon
  7. Milk 3 teaspoon
  8. Green colour gel little
  9. Deco assorted sprinkles little for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar wale till light and fluffy
  2. Sift Jowar powder, cornstarch and baking powder thrice.
  3. Add the sifted ingredients to the sugar butter mixture.
  4. Gently mix with a spatula.
  5. Add milk ,colour gel and Paan essence to the mixture.
  6. Gently combine till colour and essence evenly mix to the dough.
  7. Prepare the dough into a log shape and cover with a cling film.
  8. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  9. The dough becomes hard and easy to work according to desired shape.
  10. With a help of leaf mould cut into shapes and bake it for 17 minutes in 160 degree centigrade.
  11. When it's done,let it cool for few minutes. Garnish it with Deco assorted sprinkles and serve.
