ABOUT chocolate ice cream sandesh RECIPE

It is a very popular Bengali sweet dish. It is a baked sandesh recepie. The dish tastes best when served chilled and the creamy texture named it as ice cream sandesh. Hershey’s chocolate syrup enhancing its taste to a great extent.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. milk 1 litre
  2. lime juice 4-5 tablespoon
  3. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  4. 4-5 tablespoon sugar
  5. Hershey’s chocolate syrup
  6. some chocochips and sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. cuddle1 litre milk by gradually adding lime juice or vinegar.
  2. strain it on a muslin cloth and keep it for 10-15 minutes to drain out the water.
  3. blend it in a food prossessor along with 1/2 cup grated paneer and 4-5 tablespoon sugar.
  4. take it in a bowl and fold it with Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
  5. grease a loaf pan with butter
  6. pour the mix in it. spread it evenly with spatula and tap to remove excess air.
  7. cover it with aluminium foil and bake st 180 degree centigrade for 25 - 30 minutes.
  8. keep it into refrigerator for 2-3 hrs. cut into desired shapes
