Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Sugar 3/4 cup
  3. Baking powder 1 spoon
  4. Baking soda 1/2 spoon
  5. Milk half cup
  6. Vegetable oil half cup
  7. Egg 2
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add Maida sugar baking soda baking powder and mix well
  2. Another bowl add egg and Beat well
  3. Then add milk oil vanilla essence and mix well
  4. Then add dry ingredients and gently mix well
  5. For the batter in cake tin Anbe kit for 35 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
