Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Powder sugar one cup
  3. Thick curd one cup
  4. Vegetable oil half cup
  5. Tutti frutti half cup
  6. Raisins 2 teaspoon
  7. Vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
  8. Baking soda 1/2 spoon
  9. Baking powder 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl add Maida powder sugar baking powder baking soda and mix well
  2. In another bowl add tikkad vanilla essence vegetable oil mix well
  3. Then and dry ingredients raisins tutti frutti and mix well
  4. Preheat oven for 180 degree Celsius
  5. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 45 to 50 minutes
