Ingredients to make Bharyal basar

  • 1/2 kg baby onions
  • 1 cup dhaniya /fresh green coriander
  • 10-12 garlic Cloves
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1tsp salt/adjust accordingly
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder
  • 4 tbs oil
  • 1tsp amchoor

  1. Peel and make a slit in onion, mix fresh dhaniya, garlic green chilli and tomato in the mixie, add all the spices and fry.
  2. Fillll in onions, heat oil gently place the onion and the leftover masala in it, cover and cook for 10 mins or till the oil separates,

My Tip:

Its best if green garlic is used, but since its seasonal, normal garlic works equally well.
