Bharyal mean stuffed, basar means onions, it's cooked in sao(green) masalo, This recipe was a summer special at my grandmas house,since nobody wanted to spend lot of time in the kitchen the dishes were stuffed vegetables with dal, sai bhaji or kadhi,and a lot of cut mangoes I have an aunt who's fabulous cook.. This is my chandra aunty special.

Ingredients Serving: 4

1/2 kg baby onions
1 cup dhaniya /fresh green coriander
10-12 garlic Cloves
2 large tomatoes
2 green chilli
1tsp salt/adjust accordingly
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tsp dhaniya powder
4 tbs oil
1tsp amchoor

Instructions

Peel and make a slit in onion, mix fresh dhaniya, garlic green chilli and tomato in the mixie, add all the spices and fry.
Fillll in onions, heat oil gently place the onion and the leftover masala in it, cover and cook for 10 mins or till the oil separates,
