Chat basket is starter for kitty party and birthday party its very yummy

Ingredients Serving: 5

2 cups all purposes floor
1 cup fine rawa
2tsp ghee
1tsp cuminseeeds
2cup finely chopped onions tometo
2cup chopped boiled potatoes
1 cup tamrind sause
1cup mint chutney
Chat masala n sev for garnish

Instructions

1 First we make dough with flour and ghee and add water make soft dough
2 now make flattern pooris and with mould we make round shape 3 we deep fry basket with atteched mould and then after deep fry when it cools down we remove mould And ready baskets all 4 now arrange baskets in palte and fill with boiled potatoes finely chopped onions and tometoes Add mint chutney Garnish with coriander chat masala and namkeens.
