Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chana dal 1 cup
  2. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Moong dal 1 cup
  4. Toor dal 1 cup
  5. Raw rice 1/2 cup
  6. Salt
  7. oil
  8. Small onion 5
  9. curry leaves
  10. Crushed ginger garlic half tablespoon
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  12. Green chilli 2
  13. Asafoetida one pinch

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the chana dal too dal urad dal rice for 3 hours
  2. Then add salt green Chillies crushed ginger garlic
  3. Grind it to make course better
  4. Then add finder chopped onion curry leaves and mix well
  5. Take small portion from the batter and make it like round shape (vada)
  6. Fry it in a hot oil
