About Spinach cheese cigar Recipe

I love this cigars .Crunchy Samosa patti rolls, filled with a spicy cheese and spinach mixture.

Spinach cheese cigar

Ingredients to make Spinach cheese cigar

  • Stuffing
  • 2 cups blanched and finely chopped spinach
  • 1 cup grated mozzrella cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp green chilli pest
  • 10 samosa pattis
  • Other ingredients
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 tbsp water
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Spinach cheese cigar

  1. In a bowl mix together all stuffing ingredients.
  2. Place a piece of the samosa patti on a flat, dry surface and place a portion of the filling at one pointed edge.
  3. Mix refined flour with sufficient water to make a thick paste. Apply this on the spring roll sheets with a brush.
  4. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  5. Slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with green chatny or sauce
