Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lasagne - 5 sheets
  2. Grated cheese - 4 cubes
  3. Butter - 2 tablespoons
  4. 1/2 Green capsicum - chopped
  5. 1/2 Red capsicum - chopped
  6. Maggie - 1 packet
  7. Tomatoes - 4
  8. Chilli flakes - 1 tablespoon
  9. Oregano - 1 tablespoon
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Take the lasagne sheets and cook then in warm water. Cook them for 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure the lasagne is not overcooked or it will end up breaking.
  2. Take a pan and add two tablespoons of butter, one tablespoon of oil and add the green and red capsicum and toss them well.
  3. Then add one cup of water and add Maggi and the Maggie masala and cook the noodles.
  4. Grind the tomatoes in a mixie and add the purée in a pan. Cook for 10 mins and add 1 cup of water. Add chilli flakes, oregano and salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Now take a microwave safe dish and rub some oil on the dish and spread one tablespoon of the tomato sauce on the dish
  6. Place a lasagne sheet on the tomato sauce layer and add Maggie on the lasagne sheet. Garnish it with one cube of grated cheese
  7. Next add another layer of the lasagne sheet and coat it with the tomato sauce and add Maggi, topped with grated cheese.
  8. Repeat the same process. And finally the top most layer should comprise of the lasagne sheet with a layer of red sauce and it should be garnished with grated cheese.
  9. Make sure the oven is preheated. At 180 degree Celsius cook the lasagne dish for 15 to 20 minutes till the cheese melts and become golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
