Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tofu --200gm
  2. Red,green,yellow capsicum/ bell peppers-- 1 each
  3. Onion --1 big size
  4. Green chilies-- 2
  5. Spring onions-- garnish
  6. Garlic --4 cloves
  7. Ketchup,soya sauce, chilli sauce-- 1 to 2 table spoon
  8. Cornflour1/2 tsp
  9. Water 1/3 cup
  10. Salt
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. 1.Microwave tofu for 1-2 seconds, and cut it in square size.
  2. Cut the bell peppers and onions square size.
  3. Mix all the sauces with corn flour and water ,add water again if need, it should be consistent.
  4. Také a pan add some oil, add garlic ,onions ,chillies and peppers, toss it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Sprinkle some salt as per taste.
  5. Add the tofu and toss for 2minutes.
  6. Add the sauce mixture and stir or toss evenly on slow flame.
  7. Garnish with Spring onion and coriander leaves and serve.
