Ingredients to make Mango cheese cake

  • mangoes -4
  • paneer-200gms
  • Milkmaid-1tin
  • Whipped cream-200ml
  • Thick Fresh cream-200ml and 2tbsp
  • mango essence -2drops
  • sugar as per taste
  • Gelatin -2tbsp
  • Cherries to garnish and mangoes

How to make Mango cheese cake

  1. Take a food processor- add fresh cream, milkmaid, mangoes 2, paneer crushed and blend well till you get a smooth batter, add drop of mango essence and blend again, add 1tbsp of mangoes and grind it roughly.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Take 1cup of hot water add gelatin and stir well till its sticky, add it to the above mixture and set it in a pudding tray sprinkle chopped mangoes and set it in fridge till its done
  4. Whipp the cream and apply on the top of the pudding
  5. On the top of pudding layer sprinkle with cake sprinklers, cherries and mangoes. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Its better to set the pudding in a wet mould for easy unmoulding or set it in a round tray
