Activate yeast in Luke warm milk, sugar mixture.let rest until small bubbles appears,break the surface.
Mix all purpose flour, milk powder together.pour activated yeast in to apf.
Add eggs,salt with all purpose flour.
Knead very well untill everything incorporated.dough might be sticky.add butter cubes that in room temperature.
If dough seems too soft and sticky considerably to the sides of mixing bowl after kneading add more all purpose flour 1 tbs at a time until pulls away from the sides.
Refrigerate dough for over night or for 6hours covering with cling film.for this it comes out a little poofy but not like a typical dough.
Meanwhile prepare chocolate spread mixing melted butter, granulled suger,cocoa powder, cinamon Powder.
Heat it just for 1 minutes.
Roll out dough on the flour dusted surface.
Apply chocolate spread.scatter with chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars.
Roll it from one side up middle.
Repeat it from another side.cut lengthwise with a sharp knife.
Set 2 rolls as a circle like this.
Plunge scissor in to flour.
Cut Patel's using scissor as shown in picture.
And complete the garland.
Overlap one Patel to right side
Next patls to left side.
Thus complete the garland.
Bake the Hershey's Babka garland in a pre heated oven to 170° centigrade for 35 minutes.check until a skewer inserted into the centre,comes out clean.
While Babka is baking prepare sugar syrup by bringing the water, sugar,honey,lamon to a boil for 4 minutes.skimming off any foam if raises.remove heat,set aside.
Remove babka garland from oven and spoon the room temperature syrup over Babka garland.
Let it cool completely before Babka garland lifting out.and enjoy...
