Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 grams maida
  2. 100 grams semolina
  3. 1 tsp fennel seeds
  4. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 liters milk
  7. 1 cup ghee
  8. 250 ml water
  9. 250 grams sugar
  10. Garnishing chopped pistachio and almond
  11. 50 grams khoya
  12. 3 tbsp Hershey's strawberry syrup


  1. Heat the pan add water and sugar let it boil till it becomes thick syrup to this add 3 tbsp strawberry syrup mix well switch off the flame
  2. Take a bowl add maida rava khoya baking powder fennel seeds cardamom powder and milk make mix well without any lumps it should be nor thin or thick it should be pouring consistency keep this aside for 10 minutes
  3. Now heat the pan add ghee when ghee is hot pour ladle full of of maida mixture and spread evenly keep the flame low cook until it becomes golden brown in color on both the sides
  4. remove the cooked malpua and drain excess ghee then dunk in sugar strawberry syrup and let it soak for 10 minutes repeat the same with remaining batter
  5. take another bowl add strawberry syrup again dip the malpua and garnish with pistachios and almond serve hot very tasty with strawberry syrup malpua is ready thank you happy cooking
