Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower 200gm
  2. Cornflour 1/2 cup
  3. Maida 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Salt
  5. oil to fry
  6. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  7. schezwan sauce 1tbsp
  8. Tomato ketchup 1/2tbsp
  9. Honey 1tbsp
  10. Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Cashewnut 10 no
  12. Capsicum 1/4 cup


  1. Cut the caulifower into small florets and add to boiling water and clean well.
  2. In a bowl take drained cauliflower add cornflour maida salt and mix well. Add little water so cauliflower is coated well with cornflour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower crisp and keep aside.
  4. In another tawa add 1 tbsp oil and add chopped garlic and cashewnut. Fry well. Add capsicum and saute well.
  5. Add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup chilly powder salt and mix well. To this add 1/4 cup water with 3tsp of cornflour.
  6. Once sauce consistency is reached add in fried cauliflower and mix well with high heat. Add honey and mix well. Serve hot.
