ABOUT Dry veg manchurian RECIPE

This dish consist of deep fried veg balls that are then coated with sauces ,easy to make and if balls made in advance ,sauce can be prepared in few minutes and served hot.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One medium size cauliflower grated and squeezed
  2. carrots grated and squeezed -2
  3. Black pepper-1/2 tsp
  4. salt -1/2 tsp
  5. Corn flour -2tbsp
  6. Apf/maida -2 tbsp
  7. For sauces
  8. Soya sauce-1tbsp
  9. Red chilli sauce -1 tbsp
  10. Green chilli sauce-1/2 tbsp
  11. tomato ketchup-3 tbsp
  12. Sweet chilli sauce -1 tbsp optional
  13. 1 tbsp cornflour and half cup water mixed
  14. onion chopped-1
  15. capsicum chopped-1
  16. garlic chopped -5-6 cloves
  17. oil 1 tbsp+ for frying
  18. Black pepper -1/2 tsp
  19. salt as per taste


  1. First make balls ,take cauliflower and carrot in bowl ,.
  2. To it add black pepper,salt,cornflour,maida mix all ,dont add water shape them in small balls
  3. Next deep fry them till they are crisp and brown
  4. For sauce:take oil in pan add garlic saute it .
  5. Next add onion, saute it,then add capsicum
  6. After few seconds add all sauces and ketchup
  7. Next add salt,water mix and pepper,cook it as it starts getting thick add balls and toss them well, cookfor few minutes then garnish with spring onions and serve
