Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated carrot 2
  2. Rava 3/4 cup
  3. Maida 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Milk one cup
  6. Baking soda half tablespoon
  7. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Butter 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add rava Maida baking soda baking powder sugar and mix well
  2. Then add milk butter grated carrot and mix well
  3. Then pour the better in a Muffin tray
  4. Decorate with some grated carrot
  5. Preheat oven for 180 degree Celsius
  6. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes
