GRAM FLOUR LADOO

Ingredients to make GRAM FLOUR LADOO

  • gram flour ( besan )- 1 cup
  • Ghee/clarified butter - 1/2 cup
  • Bura cheene/tagar- 1 cup
  • Green cardamom- 1/4 tsp
  • raisins- 2 tbsp
  • Silver vark - 2 sheet

How to make GRAM FLOUR LADOO

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  2. Roast the gram flour on medium heat until light brown in color and give out the fragrance
  3. After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame.
  4. Let the gram flour little warm , now add bura cheene/tagar, cardamom powder and raisins.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Shape it into ladoo
  7. Garnish with silver vark and store it in a air tight container.
