  1. For biryani rice::
  2. Basmathi rice 200gms
  3. Bay leaf 1
  4. Cloves 4
  5. Cardom 2
  6. 1tsp venigar
  7. 1tsp ghee
  8. 1marati flower
  9. Half tsp salt
  10. For vegetable curry...
  11. 2tsp ghee
  12. 3cloves
  13. 2cardoms
  14. 2bay leaves
  15. 1tsp shajeera
  16. 2 pieces of Cinnamon
  17. Onion chopped 1 medium
  18. Green chilli slices 4
  19. Capsicum pieces half cup
  20. Carrot pieces 1cup
  21. Potato pieces 1cup
  22. Tomato chopped 1cup
  23. Half cup curd
  24. Halftsp jeera powder
  25. Half tsp biryani masala
  26. Half tsp salt
  27. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  28. 1 tsp kasturi mathi
  29. 1cup mint coriander leaves
  30. For badam theri::
  31. Badam 20gms soaked
  32. Green chilli 3
  33. Ginger pieces 1tsp
  34. Ka soori mathi
  35. 2cup of milk
  36. Saffron strands few
  37. Sugar 2tsp
  38. Salt half tsp
  39. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the water add masala spices once gets bubbling
  2. Add bosmathi rice boil 15 mins it should half boiled
  3. Once rice rice half boiled strain water keep a side
  4. For vegetable curry::heat a pan add ghee put masalas
  5. When it's splits add Onion keep statue onions becomes transparent colour
  6. Add Ginger garlic paste
  7. Keep fri Ginger paste until rawness left then add all chopped veggeis
  8. Keep fri veggeis should become soften add spicyseasoning on it
  9. Add curd keep cook 2min
  10. For badam theri:: peal badam skin
  11. Add milk make paste
  12. Put chilli and Ginger pieces
  13. Make paste ..mean while heat another pan add ghee put chilli paste
  14. Keep fri it seems add badam paste on it
  15. Fri as of 1min then add milk on it
  16. Once get milk boiled gravy should thick add salt,sugar,saffron
  17. Keep boil it finally add kasturi mathi
  18. Theri is ready to serve..keep a side take a baking vessel deep shaped on it
  19. Grease ghee on base place half boiled rice press on simultaneously pour saffron colour
  20. Add chopped coriander on it
  21. Next layer is already prepared vegetable curry on it
  22. Equally press it next rice layer spread coriander on as repeat the process
  23. Keep into oven 150 degrees @10 mints then take out turn into a plate
  24. Pour badam theri in the middle of it
  25. Garnish with coriander leaves saffron strands badam slices ... ready to serve
