Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough:-
  2. Maida-1cup
  3. Salt-1/2tsp
  4. Ajwain-1tsp
  5. Oil-1tbsp
  6. Water for kneading
  7. Potato filling:-
  8. Boiled and mashed potatoes -1cup
  9. Sattu powder( bhune​ channe ka atta)- 1/3 cup
  10. Salt as needed
  11. Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  12. Paprika powder-1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala-1/2tsp
  14. Chaat masala-1tsp
  15. Oil- 2tbsp
  16. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all ing. adding little water to make stiff dough .
  2. Cover with kitchen towel and keep aside for 10 min.
  3. Take a pan add oil ,when oil hot than add green chillies fry 30 sec
  4. Add all masala powders one by one mix it.
  5. Add sattu flour mix nicely.
  6. Add mashed potatoes gently mix the whole mixture
  7. Add coriander leaves and adjust the masala according to your taste
  8. Mixture should be binding nicely if mixture gets loose add more sattu powder .
  9. Make a small balls of maida dough roll it in oval shape.
  10. Make three long cuts in the center of the oval shape rolled roti
  11. Fill cylinder shape potato filling in the centre of cuts
  12. Cover filling with the sides like toffee wrapper
  13. Make all Toffees like this
  14. Take a kadai add sufficient oil ,when oil gets hot than fry all Toffees in batches on med. flame
  15. Serve hot toffees with chutney or sauce.serve in any party.
